Hector Tamez II
FTT Spanish & Portuguese Speaking World Director

Hector TamezII has dedicated over 40 years to ministry, fueled by a passionate vision toignite spiritual movements across the Spanish and Portuguese-speaking world andbeyond. As the Spanish and Portuguese-speaking World Director for Finishing theTask (FTT), Hector plays a pivotal role in mobilizing churches, denominations,and believers to fulfill the Great Commission by 2033—the 2000th anniversary ofJesus’ instructions to make disciples of all nations.

Leveraginghis extensive background in digital media production, Hector has beeninstrumental in producing multilingual resources for global ministries,including The Jesus Film Project, Purpose Driven, ALPHA, Open Doors, and theInternational Orality Network (ION). Since 1996, his efforts have equippedbelievers to share the gospel effectively, particularly among oral-preferencelearners, who make up nearly 70% of the world's population.

In 2000,Hector co-founded several organizations with his wife, Rebeca—InternationalLeadership Advancement Ministries (ILAM), ECO Internacional, and VisionInternacional Puebla (VIP)—focusing on engaging unreached and unengaged peoplegroups (UUPGs and UPGs). Through media, live seminars, and online conferences,these initiatives empowered communities to share the gospel and establishself-sustaining ministries within their own cultural contexts.

UnderHector’s leadership, FTT seeks to achieve its four "B" goals inSpanish and Portuguese-speaking regions: providing access to the Bible in everyheart language, equipping believers to share their faith, planting new churchesin underserved areas, and mobilizing breakthrough prayer for billions who haveyet to know Jesus.

Hector isblessed to partner in ministry with his wife, Rebeca, and their threedaughters, Yonane, Ellie, and Azrielle.

Lisa Pak
Asia, Women, Rising Leaders, and Missions Agencies

Lisa Pak currently serves alongside Rick Warren at Finishing the Task (FTT). Her previous experience includes serving as the Regional Director for Ontario and Nunavut at the Canadian Bible Society, in addition to over a decade in pastoral ministry within the Korean Church communities throughout the the United States, South Korea, Singapore, and Canada.

She is a second-generation Korean Canadian and Toronto native, ordained by the Korean Association of Independent Churches and Missions (KAICAM). With an Honours BA in Philosophy and Religion from the University of Toronto, she also holds a Master of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Biblical Languages from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and has also earned her Doctor of Ministry in Leadership from Tyndale Seminary.

Lisa travels globally and is passionate about mobilizing the global church, especially the rising generations, towards collaboration in sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with all who have yet to hear.

Eric Munyemana
Director of Partnerships - Africa

Eric Munyemana is the Director of Partnerships for Finishing the Task and has also been serving as the the Africa Initiative Pastor on the Global Mission Team of Saddleback Church. His primary role is to promote and facilitate strategic partnerships related to building a movement of healthy churches that transform communities.

He is a member of the Advisory Board and the outgoing Chairperson of the Rwanda Leaders Fellowship that oversees and organizes regular prayer and outreach activities for the country’s top leaders in different sectors, including producing an annual high-level leadership National Prayer Breakfast.

Eric is a serial entrepreneur— with the history of starting or operating businesses in communication and advertising, real estate, international trade in Rwanda and Burundi, among others. He uses his private sector insights to serve as advisor to various foreign investors and development partners in the private, public, and faith sectors.

He is passionate about connecting and serving influential Kingdom minded leaders from various sectors and countries to collaborate towards advancing the cause of the Kingdom of God in their respective spheres of influence.

A native Rwandan, Eric is happily married to Bonita, and a proud father of 4 lovely girls, Tona (25), Isaro (23), Simbi (20) and Shimwa (15).

Ashley Baik
Director of Messaging

Ashley Baik (formerly Eure) serves as the Messaging Director for Finishing the Task. Prior to FTT, Ashley served as Communications Director for Purpose Driven Church and The PEACE Plan.

During over ten years of service at Saddleback Church, Ashley led two of Saddleback's Signature Ministries: the HIV/AIDS Initiative and the global arm of the Orphan Care Initiative, both of which mobilized hundreds of church volunteers to "go" and launch ministries for the vulnerable in local churches across the globe.

Ashley holds a Master's of Public Policy from USC and a Master's of Theological Studies from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.


Her passion is helping local churches mobilize their members to reach their community and the world.

Kyle Henderson
FTT Ambassador, North America

Kyle Henderson serves as a Finishing the Task Ambassador. His primary function is partner relations and strategic planning.

Before FTT, Kyle pastored for 40 years. 27 of those years at First Baptist Church of Athens, Texas, moving it from a missions-giving church to a missions-sending and engaging church.

He led in the creation of the EthioTeam, a church planting, pastor training, and development organization in Ethiopia. In addition, he served on the International Team of the Global Leadership Summit for over a decade.

The capstone of his Ph.D. in Pastoral Theology was his dissertation on Henri Nouwen.

He has a passion for helping individuals and churches adopt and live out the FTT goals.
